By accessing or using fixkorean.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

FixKorean provides Korean language writing correction services performed by native Korean editors. Submitted text is reviewed for grammar, tone, and naturalness and returned with corrections typically within 10 minutes to 24 hours.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

3. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased in advance and deducted when corrections are submitted. Credits do not expire. Payments are processed by PayPal and LemonSqueezy. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to refuse service to any submission that violates these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any text you submit. By submitting, you grant FixKorean a limited license to process and return your text as part of the correction service. All original content on fixkorean.com (excluding user submissions) is the property of FixKorean.

6. Third-Party Advertising

We display advertisements via Google AdSense. These ads are served by Google and governed by Google's advertising policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that corrections will be error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Our human editors provide their best professional judgment, but results may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixKorean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
