1. Satisfaction Guarantee

At fixKorean, we are committed to providing high-quality Korean proofreading services. If you are not satisfied with the correction you received, we will re-correct your text at no additional cost.

2. Credit Refund Eligibility

• Unused credits: Full refund available within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.
• Partially used credits: Refund of unused portion within 30 days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable.
• Free credits: Signup bonus credits (3 free credits) are not eligible for refund.

3. When Refunds Are NOT Available

• Credits purchased more than 30 days ago
• Credits already used for submissions
• Free or promotional credits
• Account suspended due to Terms of Service violations

4. How to Request a Refund

1. Contact us via our Contact page
2. Include your registered email address and reason for the refund
3. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days
4. Refunds are returned to the original payment method

5. Service Quality Disputes

If you believe a correction was inaccurate or unsatisfactory:

1. Submit a dispute within 7 days of receiving the correction
2. Our senior editor will review the correction
3. If the dispute is valid, we will either re-correct the text for free or refund the credits used

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
