Cancellation Policy

1. Submission Cancellation

  • Before editing begins: You may cancel a submission and receive a full credit refund if the editor has not yet started working on your text. Contact us immediately after submission.
  • After editing begins: Once an editor has started correcting your text, the submission cannot be cancelled and credits will not be refunded.
  • Completed submissions: Completed corrections cannot be cancelled. See our Refund Policy for quality disputes.

2. Account Cancellation

You may close your fixKorean account at any time by contacting us.

  • Remaining unused credits purchased within the last 30 days are eligible for refund
  • Credits older than 30 days and free/promotional credits are forfeited upon account closure
  • Your submission history will be deleted within 30 days of account closure
  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone

3. Subscription Cancellation

fixKorean currently operates on a credit-based model (pay-as-you-go). There are no recurring subscriptions to cancel. You only pay when you purchase credits, and credits never expire.

4. Service Interruption

In the unlikely event that fixKorean discontinues its service:

  • Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email
  • All unused credits will be fully refunded regardless of purchase date
  • Pending submissions will be completed or refunded

5. How to Cancel

  1. Visit our Contact page
  2. Include your registered email address and clearly state your cancellation request
  3. We will confirm your cancellation within 2 business days
